At Best In PR, we strive to deliver a seamless and valuable event experience for all participants. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering.

1. Event Registration Fees

• All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
• Refunds will only be considered if a written request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.
• A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover administrative costs.

2. Late Requests

• Refund requests made within 30 days of the event will not be accepted, except in cases of verified medical emergencies or event cancellation by PR Showcase.

3. Medical Exceptions

• If a participant cannot attend due to injury or illness, a medical certificate must be provided within 7 days of the event.
• In such cases, PR Showcase may offer a credit toward a future event instead of a cash refund.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

• PR Showcase reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, public health concerns).
• In the event of cancellation by PR Showcase, participants will be eligible for a transfer of registration to a future event.

By registering for PR Showcase, you agree to the following:

1. Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward staff, coaches, other athletes, and spectators.

PR Showcase reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for misconduct.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury.

By registering, you acknowledge these risks and release PR Showcase, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event.

3. Media Release

You grant PR Showcase permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture your participation in the event. These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without further consent or compensation.

4. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

Any false or misleading information may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Unpaid registrations may be canceled without notice.

6. Policy Updates

PR Showcase reserves the right to update this Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our official website.
